I picked up my Trax at Bishop International Airport. The desk person was friendly and attentive. The car was very clean inside and out. My only issue is I had hoped to get the compact SUV of another brand simply to try it out. The Trax drove well and was fairly easy to get used to maneuvering. I wish it had a few more luxe items like automatic tailgate but that’s on me. Highly recommended! The staff here are always friendly and get me on the road quickly. If you check in online, it is super fast to pick up your car.
I have an older car so the staff had to instruct me on push button car. I have mobility issues & the staff helped with bags getting a wheelchair & even getting me to the gate! I couldn't have done this on my own. So thankful , enterprise went above & beyond!
Always use Bishop airport location - not just because it’s close but service is great. Staff are super helpful- see you again soon for my next trip
