Quick and friendly service, nice vehicles. Easy to return.
They were very racist and refuse to rent me a car because I wouldn’t provide some sensitive information that I’ve never had to provide at any other location. Manager was very rude as well as the guy working there this AM. Both of them stated they thought I would steal the car purely based on the color of skin. Enterprise should look into this.
Edit: the reply to this review suggested I reach out via the contact form. I was told a regional manager would get in touch with me when I did. They never did. TLDR: go to the location on Jackson Rd, not this one. Way better service and availability. I made a reservation for an SUV at this location to move my stuff across the country. I showed up the evening before I was traveling, a few hours into my reservation window, and was told after I had already travelled to this location that they had given my car away.
