staff discriminated because of language and refused to rent car even though individual came in to exchange twice, so bad
I am very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Car Rental in Ann Arbor. I successfully booked a car through the app, but on the morning of my reservation, I received a call from the location informing me that no car was actually available. This shows that the availability shown in the app is not connected to the real availability at the branch. Because of this issue, I ended up losing money since I had already booked a non-refundable hotel. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Great little place to do business! Really nice & helpful people there. Also, I was so happy with my little Misubishi.
Efficient and helpful staff, didn’t push the extra services too hard, and quickly got me the SUV I needed. It is concerning at times when I make a reservation online for a certain vehicle size, and upon arrival they are unsure they can accommodate, but I got the SUV I needed in this case so everything worked out well.
