I travel for work and most of the times try to book with Enterprise, I always book online through the website. This is the only Enterprise site where my reservation gets cancelled due to unavailability of the cars. They usually call, tell me they don’t have cars available and that they will cancel the reservation, moments later I receive an email saying that I cancelled my reservation. Totally garbage service at both locations.
Left with OUT a Vehicle Again. Seems to be the in thing. For the second time with an booking made well in advance Enterprise has left me stranded. Booking through there App says, they have and will have a vehicle. When you go to pick it up , they have no vehicles and no control over the booking app letting customers book. They do not pre call and inform you of no vehicle available. Customer show up and Not Get a vehicle. I've called head office ie 800 line. And was give an 500 poor experience points credit.
