Enterprise at the Ottawa airport was an excellent experience. At check-in Rick was very helpful, polite, prompt and professional. Bringing back the vehicle was seamless as well.
Wylie was fantastic and the going through the rental procedure was quick and smooth.
Our morning started off on the wrong foot. A vehicle we had reserved 10 days in advance was not available when we arrived to pick it up at a different location. We decided to drive to the airport, where we met Rukia Osman at Enterprise. Rukia listened carefully to our situation and immediately started making phone calls to see if she could find a solution.
