[Feedback for 2026 Aug 8] Pickup process was smooth and quick, staff was nice and polite leads through the exam process. Car is clean and in good condition, and the Fuel/Gas is full (which is very convenient when return, just filling up to top) Return on Sunday, drop-off process was also easy. And the final bill was coming right away in the morning on Monday without any issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Burnaby South location. Helped us to rent a car in 10 mins when small rental place called Mr rent a car totally messed up with our pre booked vehicle
The staff are very nice, polite and efficient. I feel they truly care about their customers and genuinely wants their customers to have a good experience. One staff even lend me a cable so I can connect my phone to the car. The car I got is what I booked and it's clean and operates in great condition. I would highly recommend the Enterprise Rent-A-Car South Burnaby location!
