Had a fantastic experience renting a car from this Enterprise location in Woodstock! The check-in process was smooth and seamless thanks to Rim (Sorry if I spelled wrong) , who made getting into the car a breeze, she was quite welcoming. When I returned the vehicle, Kayle provided absolutely top-tier customer service to wrap up the rental. Overall, the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend this team! I had a great experience renting from Enterprise! I originally booked a smaller vehicle online, but when I arrived, they let me know it wasn’t available and upgraded me to this beautiful luxury SUV at no extra cost, which was such a nice surprise. Karthik, the rental manager, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process.
