Bad cars and bad service
I have been a member with enterprise for a while now and in different parts of the country their service was really top notch like in Windsor Ontario but as of late in other provinces and smaller cities services was not that great but I will still choose enterprise everytime I need to rent a vehicle.
I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise and wanted to recognize the outstanding service provided by Mr. Gunpreet Ghai. From start to finish, Gunpreet went above and beyond to ensure my rental experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Update: I rent here often - this week I dealt with Sanjay - Great service - clean cars Highly recommended Rented here this week - I got a large car and they kept me a white Yukon - The car ended up to be having a lot of electrical and battery issues however 1. Their roadside assitance pick up and helped immediately 2. When i returned teh car, I made a point to tell them so they would not rent out the car - The profusely apologized and without us asking, provided a 75% discount for the car
