They are friendly, but never have any cars to rent. Always sold out, even trying to book a few weeks in advance. I always have to go elsewhere.
I rented a car via their website (a one way from Chilliwack to Vancouver) everything was confirmed online. An hour before pick up, they call me and say they don’t have any car for me. Called with my sister’s local phone to asked for another type of car for the day. Tuesday morning, my wife requests a courtesy car from ICBC after being rear-ended 4 days prior. ICBC advises that Enterprise will call. By the afternoon there is no call, so she calls in. She is advised there are no cars available, but the person she spoke with says "I see you are on the list". They can't even promise she'll have one by Thursday, and *maybe* Friday she will get one.
