Car was not cleaned at all "luxury class rental". Reached out to customer service. They asked me to please reach out before renting a car again. When I did they responded twice and then completely ghosted me and wouldn't even share there name. Would have ruined my vacation if I waited on them. Will say guys at the desk were quick and friendly. Everything was brutal.
I had a great experience with Enterprise at London Airport. I booked a car on very short notice, and they were able to arrange one for me without any hassle. A special appreciation to Pasha and his team. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. What stood out the most was their positive attitude. Pasha helped save our roadtrip vacation when we suddenly lost use of our own wheels, then topped it off by being accommodating to our needs and situation on return of his vehicle. Hands down, some of the very best customer service I have received in a long time. If his standard is the norm for Enterprise service, I know which rental desk I'm heading to every time.
Good variety of cars. Great hours of operation making it convenient to plan a pick up and drop off. Good service!
