We were told 30min wait, only to be told it will be another 30min wait after our time was up. I think this place is not built to handle high volume days. The staff is very nice but if you want a car in a timely manner, I'd think twice about coming here.
They upgraded me to a sexy BMW. The pick up and drop off was seamless. Great deal!! 600 bucks for almost 9 days.
