They completely hide their vehicle availability until you go through the entire process of signing in. Only after giving them my information did they bother to tell me that the car type I wanted wasn’t even available. To make matters worse, they kept me waiting for a long time just to get that basic answer. Terrible communication and incredibly frustrating.
CSRs are friendly, patient and helpful
This is one of the smoothest experience I’ve ever had - drop off/pick up can be requested 9-4 and the team there is really helpful and clear!
