I was given a vehicle to use for three days but was having trouble with the Bluetooth connection so it was suggested to swap vehicle but now I am in another town and can't. They suggested another location but they don't have any vehicles available. The person suggested I tow the vehicle and I said I just need help with Bluetooth. He cold transfers me to roadside. Tried calling again but now the Richmond Hill location is closed. I needed Bluetooth to work so I can drive hands free. I get important calls when I am driving. The... read more

0 Stars Absolutely terrible service. They never seem to have a car available when you actually need one. What’s the point of a rental car company if they can’t provide a car when customers need it? Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend them at all.

This Enterprise location was very busy, so expect some waiting, especially during peak times. The good thing is they have a great variety of cars and plenty of options to choose from. I also noticed the manager offering to bring in a specific vehicle from another location when a customer’s preferred car wasn’t available. The manager was particularly nice and helpful.
