I booked an intermediate plan beforehand for 12 AM. Arrived at 11:30 AM, and the car was ready at that time. The manager quickly handed over the car, it took about 5 minutes. It turned out to be VW Tiguan 2026 with 2k mileage, so I was extremely satisfied provided that I expected Mazda 3. The manager explained the policies quickly and I was ready to go. The Chevron gas station is right next to the rental, really convenient. The total was less than I expected. Thanks to the manager and the quick rental process of the company.

Have rented from Nanaimo enterprise a number of times. Happy with the location and total experience. Will definitely rent from them again.

I’ve rented from Enterprise many times in different cities and have generally had good experiences, but my recent experience with the Nanaimo location was extremely disappointing. I reserved a pickup truck weeks in advance and received a call the day before my reservation letting me know they didn’t have one available. I was told they can’t really control what their website allows customers to book, which is frustrating because the whole purpose of reserving a specific vehicle is to be able to rely on it being there. Update: I was given a way to contact to pursue this. Great! I thought. Anyhow, the woman who answered my call was good and very patient and my issue of not getting a firm confirmation of no damage to the vehicle on return was addressed. My two concerns of the phone and the email were not. Thanks Enterprise for the one in three addressed. I gave the same stars because two weren't. NOT professional by head office.
