Needed a vehicle while my car was at the body shop. They have some sort of arrangement with ICBC. I was picked-up by a shuttle and then allowed to drop the car back at the body shop. The big welcome surprise was them calling me the day after to see if everything was okay, and then after I dropped it off, they called to thank me and confirm that the transaction was complete (with no balance to me -- direct billed to my insurer.) Very happy and will give them first chance next time I need a rental!

Great, seamless rental car experience. The man at the counter was helpful and efficient, and reimbursed us for the taxi from the ferry to Enterprise. On our return, his colleague (an Asian man) was very friendly and nice to talk to, and he dropped us off at the ferry. Clean car in great condition. Would use this Enterprise again!
Enterprise makes it simple and stress free to rent a vehicle when needed. The vehicle (2024 Mitsubishi RVR SE) was clean, ready, performed with no issues and staff were exceptional in navigating a couple of bumps unrelated to the rental itself but required extension of the rental. I highly recommend Enterprise for rental needs!
