We booked a car online and when we showed up to pick up the car there were no cars available. We were told that it was a 'glitch' in their system that allowed bookings when there were no vehicles avaable. We then called enterprise main office who booked us a car at another location and assured us there was a vehicle there. We drove to the other location and there was no vehicle.
