We received amazing service from Jessica and Brandon they are great people and very helpful
Such a terrible experience. I went to pick up a vehicle that suited my needs. When going to look at the vehicle I noticed that the windows had water marks everywhere. With previous rental experience I had a hard time seeing through the windows when the sun is shining due to that same issue. I simply asked the lady if she could get a cloth to dry the windows. But I had an interaction with someone who represented himself to be a manager - Vidoor - that will have me thinking twice before using this location in the future. Upon receiving a damaged vehicle from a different location, Enterprise instructed me to go to Millcreek to swap out my vehicle for another SUV that was being held there for me. Enterprise always has great customer service. This time they gave us a free upgrade to a larger vehicle during pickup. Reliable vehicle and everything was very smooth and it was more comfortable than the car we initially booked. Unlimited kilometres made things unrestricted and stress free
