Excellent rental experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The pickup and return process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their service.

I had the same experience as another reviewer where the check oil indicator came on, and there was no washer fluid in the tank - I had to buy a bottle of my own (They did reimburse me though). I also reserved a midsize SUV and receive confirmation but when I got there, it wasn’t available so they upgraded me to a much larger SUV and without much choice, I had to take it, but they charged me $300 more. It felt much like a bait and switch.
