Friendly service. Newer staff could be better trained to know the answers to basic questions. But overall, good experience.
Nos atendió el sr Saunam y la verdad nos dio un servicio excelente. Muy amable y muy servicial. Nos rento una BMW X1 muy buena. Ojalá hubiera en todos lados personas como él atendiendo. Definitivamente volvería a rentar con él
I feel bad for the body shop which uses their services for short term car loans. Poor service, very slow, can't produce card transaction receipts, nor enough chairs in the waiting area and rather rude management. Ended up walking away after some uncomfortable wait.
Sonam was so helpful kind and genuine. He helped me through a difficult situation and went above and beyond. The staff was so nice they even gave me a ride
