Enterprise did not honour the confirmed reservation we made a few days ago and told us last minute that there is no car available. Now we have no car for tomorrow as we did not have enough time to check for other options. Nor were other options offered from other branches, no help other than a “sorry”. I contacted customer service, they apologized and said the branch manager will give us a call. Over 7 hours later, no call. They ruined my birthday I have booked a car on my bday and i recieved a conformation email and I booled it atleast 2 days before and then i got a text saying they cant provide any vehicles unless there is a cancellation then what was the point of booking? They ruined all my plans unprofessional and iresponsible behavior
