I rented from the King St. Location in Fredericton, NB. The vehicle and customer service up until I returned the vehicle was smooth. Once I returned the vehicle, the employee decided to keep my $200 deposit for the car having sand it in. This vehicle was used by a family of 4 and two dogs for 2 weeks as a daily driver.The employee claimed the seats were stained when in fact they were not.
Enterprise Downtown Fredericton is the best. Go check them out!
We dealt with Gour Hari for vehicle pick-up. He provided excellent service and explained how rental charges work. Such a nice, friendly person. We enjoyed chatting with him! Everything went smoothly without a hitch! A big thanks to him and all the Enterprise crew at King Street!
