Completely satisfied
No vehicle on pickup date. Rescheduled my truck repairs to accommodate them. Then upon scheduled time for pickup there was No staff present and waited 45 mins for them to arrive at their closing time among more people waiting for over a hour and a half. Staff spoke very unprofessional and the vehicle was dirty and had only half tank of fuel.
