This used to be my go to place to rent a car. Went to rent my THIRD car so far this year. Suddenly I need two utility bills because I was using a debit card. I was not pleased, but was able to provide the two utility bills. It was September 1st and I was turned away because I had yet to pay the bills that were due later in the month. Let me start by saying I will NEVER EVER rent a car with Enterprise again! I now believe this is a Crooked Corporation I used them twice before--with no problem, so when I hit this huge deer and needed to rent a car while mine was being fix I called Enterprise. To begin--- when you rent a car you and the agent ( mine-- Emily ). we walk around the car checking for any--- Ding, scratches, dents etc. and it was at this point where I have had to learn a hard lesson!!! My husband and I were recently hit by an enormous deer on the highway, rendering our car quite unsafe to drive. I needed a rental car and was recommended to Enterprise by our car insurance company. Upon receiving my claim number and calling Enterprise, I was informed that they "have no cars". A car rental company that has no cars. What the heck???
