My small SUV was in for repairs, and the Enterprise agent provided me with an SUV rental that was very similar to my car. I was very impressed with this young agent. He is a very positive person and obviously genuinely likes working with people.
Recently I got a deer and wrecked my van. Through the insurance company they got me lined up with a rental here in Rapids. The folks there were amazing to deal with. Even when I needed to rent longer then the insurance had me set up for, they stayed with me until I could bring it back. Worked with me to the whole thing was finished. Answered all of my questions. They took great care of me 10 out of 10 on customer service! Highly recommend
