Lucas made the rental process as seamless and easy as possible in a time when I was feeling frazzled by my own car’s surprise issues. The service was offered with care, kindness, and sincerity that I deeply appreciated and solidified that I can always return to this location if a need arises again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to rent from!
Easily the best experience I’ve had with a rental car pick up. Lucas, Joe, and Tom deserve all the credit for that. They were extremely friendly and professional all around. I will remember this place next time I need a rental car.
When I was looking for places to return my rental car from a one-way trip from Jacksonville,Florida, I was surprised to find one on Folly Road because I've lived there for going on three decades and low and behold it's right there.
