The worst Entreprise I have ever used. Anyway, you can book on their website and when you arrive there they will send you to the Waltham location. I was getting there by taxi from Logan. So basically you get there and 60$ later, you ask the cab to keep driving for another 40 plus waiting time. This outlet should be shut down by Entreprise headquarters. Unacceptable. See my review about the Waltham location for further trashing.
Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. We picked up a Chrysler Pacifica 2020 minivan (apparently the only one they had) for our 10-day road trip and it smells of smoke. Not just a faint smell either- it is really strong. I called the branch for TEN minutes this morning and no one ever answered. I was put on hold dozens of times without even a greeting. Will take our business elsewhere next time.
