A pro team - took their recommendations on a Ford Escape 2021 black color for two days and I am really happy for taking that Car. Enjoyed it a lot. Customer service was super Highly recommend this place .

I had to rent a cube van and the entire process was smooth and quick and painless. Prior to this rental, I rented the same size cube van from U Haul about one month prior and it was a terrible experience. That U Haul van was old, rickety with a transmission that could have used an overhaul and the washer fluid tank was empty and I had to stop to top it up on my own dime. I've rented cars from this location for nearly two years, fairly often. Service has general been good. This week however, I dropped my rental back at 2:30 on one day but it didn't get fully checked in until the following afternoon at 4:30, that's when I got a bill for 2 days rental instead of the 1 day that I had it for. Thinking this was an easy fix I called expecting the guy to fix it right away since I gave the keys to him in his hand the day before.
