The assistant manage and another worker at Fort Sask office had no courtesy and customer service whatsoever. The worker put me on to him to rectify a problem and before hearing what I had to say he started laying out terms. I asked him if he heard what I had to ask before he started speaking and he replied "sorry I didn't hear a word you said" I said "however you went on to speak before hearing my question?" Insurance company told me to go there to pick up a rental, but the person refused to rent to me even though it had been pre-arranged. Then they kicked me out and I had to stand outside until a cab came. Rude and unprofessional.

Went out of their way to get me a truck last minute and pick me up at Josephburgh airport. Didnt have time to do walk around at drop off and everything went fine with a follow up call from enterprise. Only complaint is that the truck was dirty inside and inside windshield was so dirty it was hard to see at night.
