Representatives were friendly and efficient. Pick up and drop off was convenient. Unless things change over time, Enterprise is my go-to for renting a vehicle. Very positive experience!
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the services that were provided to my parents for their car rental at Enterprise. They were tricked and upcharged $130 for a protection plan for a car rental that was suppose to be free and fully covered by their insurance company as a result of a non-fault collision. My parents have zero English language skills, so they were shocked at the hidden charge that they received on their credit card statement.
