Wait was long to get your rented vehicle. And when I returned the car, THEY LET ME PAY FOR A DAMAGE THAT I DID NOT DO. They were saying like " I have to pay it coz it needs to be fixed". Doesn't sound right. This is a bad treatment for a long time customer. Very unsatisfactory.
