Zero customer service. I completely understand if they’re fully booked, but at the very least, they should know how to treat and communicate with customers. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I won’t be coming back here again there are other businesses with much better customer service.
Enterprise came in clutch . I needed to do a last minute pick up of a newborn and mother who just gave birth and had no ride from hospital. I was able to get the 2026 Chrysler mini van and it was such a luxurious experience and made the baby's first ride home felt safe, royal, and comfortable...it almost made me wonder if I should get this in the future when I have enough money one day. platinum membership riding weekly here. I'm a regular for this specific location. costs have been so nice, I did the math and it's comparable to owning your own used car, but without worrying about the car payments or monthly insurance, tires and brakepads, oil changes, other fixes and/or maintenance. so instead of copping a new personal car, I opt for using rentals here. it's been great. I guess to each their own, and pay per use approach has been just right for my needs vs owning a dying car, since I only drive for work.
Dropped off the vehicle , left an opener inside . It’s been over a week and these geniuses can’t figure out how to ship a garage door opener to Calgary . I have called everyday . I could have ordered one from Amazon quicker . Pathetic … truly.
