2nd time renting a vehicle from them and the service is great, and fast considering how busy they are sometimes.
I genuinely do not understand how this company receives 5-star reviews. My experience with their service has been extremely disappointing. There should be negative stars as well. I called multiple times to book a vehicle from the same location and never received the promised callback. On one occasion, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then completely forgotten about. Customer service was very good, staff was friendly and informative. Payment was in line with quoted amount.
I have always had great experiences with Enterprise in the past, but unfortunately this time was very disappointing. I arrived exactly at my scheduled 9:00 AM appointment, however the representative assisting me was not very helpful when I asked about switching vehicles for Apple CarPlay compatibility. It was only after I personally checked the app and noticed other rental vehicles were still available that alternatives were considered.
