Good luck getting the office
I will never rent from them again especially at this location. They’ve scammed myself and my insurance company for damage we did not cause and have harassed us weekly about it instead of calling the insurance company as they were told to do!
Aaron was very pleasant and gave me a discount on my rental car. I rented it Thursday to go to 2 get togethers in Fort Worth Saturday and Sunday. Ran errands Thursday and Friday with different lights appearing on the screen and a strange noise when I turned the car off. On two occasions, the car wouldn’t start. Not knowing Enterprise was closed for the weekend to exchange cars, I missed going to Fort Worth for the weekend.This was a 2011 Nissan Kicks with high mileage that should never have been available.
