I got Toyota Camry from them and it was a bit Smokey but they fixed it immediately, honestly I thought it would be bad experience but the customer service was awesome, 10/10 I would recommend
I made a booking for 5 days, and when I arrived, I gave them my Ontario driver’s license. The person at the counter called the manager, took out his phone, and started typing something on it while the manager was reading. I didn’t understand why they weren’t speaking openly, but instead wrote to each other secretly on their phones. I saw the message get sent, and then the manager’s phone received a notification — confirming that they were texting each other behind my back.
