Didn’t get my full deposit back and the car was clean inside and with a full tank. I dropped it off at a third party location but when I spoke to Sam on the phone he gave no indication that I was only getting 60/100$ back
I only gave three stars staff was friendly I had an inconvenient situation where the tags were expired and it left me starting my trip 4 hours late due to being pulled over by an HP and returning the car to get another one was a hassle that's why we only give three stars
It was a little busy but made timing quotes that were WAY OFF. He told me about 10 minutes, and I was helped about 40 minutes later.
Long waits, but helpful staff
Usually fast and friendly service. This time, we had to wait for almost one hour. They were struggling with a shortage of cars due to several recalls. Still, I am giving five stars because they were doing the best under the circumstances and let customers know that. They apologized profusely and offered snacks for people waiting. Eventually, we were on our way with a clean, well maintained car.
