I went to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Reno Nevada in September 2026. I rented a car to drive from Reno to Lake Tahoe and to Virginia City. When I went they only had a van. I rented it for two days with full coverage insurance. It was only a couple hundred bucks. Around $230 for two days was a good deal. I dealt with Josh Veron while there and he had superior customer sercice.
Wonderful staff! I rented a truck for a week while mine was getting repaired, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! The girl who picked me up from the body shop was super friendly, as were the people once I got into the office. Then, when it was time to drop it off, I called and spoke with Ian and he said to come on in and they would get me taken care of. All in all, I was quite happy with Enterprise. I highly recommend and will be using them again.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am so incredibly frustrated with Enterprise and more specifically this location. The location should not be allowed to operate. I’ve been dealing for weeks on a damage claim and the branch manager has yet to return any of my phone calls. I rented a vehicle for a family member given they didn’t have access to a credit card.
