Absolutely fantastic! They assisted us when our first rental from out of state had a electrical malfunction and exchanged us for a new ones asap to get us back on our trip! Jabari was the best. Thank you!
The employees at the Reno Mill Street location are great to work with BUT there seems to be a systemic problem when it comes to availability of vehicles that will work for our needs. We have reserved vans far in advance because we need 7-8 passenger vans for a workshop. For the past two years, we have had lengthy waits while vans are located elsewhere and driven to Reno so that we could have what we need. I don't think it is the location's fault.
