I had a great experience at this Enterprise location, thanks to Mason. When I arrived, the office was incredibly busy and there were a million things being thrown at him all at once. Despite the high-stress environment, Mason stayed unbelievably calm, professional, and relaxed. I had a reservation at this location and ended up waiting over an hour. What was frustrating was seeing several people who arrived after us get helped before we did. If my vehicle wasn’t available, I would have appreciated someone letting us know instead of having us sit there waiting without any updates. The whole process felt disorganized, and there didn’t seem to be any clear order to how customers were being helped. A little communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Enterprise on Moana! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond by picking me up directly from the body shop. They seamlessly guided me through the entire process and made absolutely sure I was set up with a great rental car while mine was undergoing repairs.
