The vehicle itself was mechanically sound and the interior was clean. I originally reserved a sedan, but since they were out, I was upgraded to a larger vehicle at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the pickup experience was extremely frustrating and stressful. I arrived by Uber and was told they did not accept debit cards at all and that I needed a physical credit card. Marginal experience. Long pickup cycle, strange vehicle controls, low tire pressure warning 2 miles from pickup, dash set to Spanish.

Professional staff and centrally located. I was happy with the car that they gave me great communication with my insurance. I appreciate their professionalism
The guys I spoke with at the Moana (Reno NV) location were all very nice! Never made me feel like I was just a customer. Which seems rare anymore so I had to share. Answered all my questions. Even called me to let me know my ticket was closed out and they released the deposit. Very wonderful location!
