Great staff! Very friendly and professional.
Very similar to Scott’s review. We flew into Reno to go ski in Tahoe. We specifically reserved a SUV with AWD for the snow. Upon arriving at the airport we were told not only that they had rented out all their SUV’s but the kiosk lady told us she didn’t care what corporate said and would not honor our free rental days we had accrued. She kept interrupting us to the point we had to walk away we were so angry. Now we’re sitting on the side of the road paying $200 extra for chains because she wouldn’t listen. Worst service I have ever received . I had a rental, and it didn’t have all wheel drive. There was a snowstorm that required all vehicles to use chains, I called requesting swapping of vehicles so I could continue my trip. I’m told on the one everything is good, I get there and The lady that was working was extremely rude and told me that they would not give me a vehicle, and she didn’t care what the corporate customer service people said.
