First and last time! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This place is horrible with customer service!! I will never ever rent a car from here again! Lady was very rude apparently she is the manager! No name tag by the way! Very unprofessional! Couldn’t find my reservation, then when she did find it under my phone number she said I owed $90! I paid in full for my reservation through Expedia!! Used my points and paid $70 and she said I owed money still!! Because I said one curse word she refused me service! I had to rent a ... read more
