Great as always!
My rental experience at the Reno Tahoe airport with Enterprise was great. I reserved a vehicle ahead of time and when it came time to pick up the vehicle, it was ready for me and only took about 15 minutes. The price was good, truck was new, clean, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you and would definitely rent from the location again.
We have given more than enough time for enterprise to resolve this so figured it was time to leave a review. In September 2023 we arrived to be told that the car we had rented was unavailable and we were stranded. They advised they would call us the next day when they had a car and would reimburse us for our uber drive, which was $120 one way. We needed a car desperately as we had some traveling to do and ended up needing to take our daughter to a clinic daily for antibiotic injections. We ended up spending an outrageous amo... read more
