The staff member who greeted me was excellent. Great communicator and kind. The car, however, had the worst smoke smell in it ever. I was driving to a professional event for work, and I was saturated in the smell. I drove most of my way with the windows down even in the cold, because the smell was causing a headache. I had to wash all my things once I got home.
Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to rent a car at Enterprise. The price was right. Thank you 😊
