Absolutely the worst customer service experience at this branch. Brenden and Lexi are immature and irresponsible. Avoid this branch at all costs. Edit: The copy and paste response from enterprise is indicative of the level of care they put into serious complaints about the lack of integrity with their employees at this location.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience at this branch. Brenden should be ashamed of how he speaks to customers. Lexi should honor her word and actually complete the things she says she will. Abhorrent behavior
Been renting here for a while now and have always had a smooth check out process. Lexi is the best!!
Lexy made the whole experience pleasurable.
I rented a minivan from the North Providence Enterprise location and I was totally satisfied pick up was very smooth the drop off was very smooth and they were professional and courteous. I will use that location again.
