My agent was a new young lady named “ Mercy” She was AWESOME, super friendly & very professional. She had a smile on her face start to finish, I didn’t get that treatment the last time I rented there to be honest. I will be ONLY booking with her moving forward. A friendly smile is so easy to do yet a lot of people don’t do it. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful when I picked up & dropped off my rental. Great experience here. Lexi and Mercy (sp?) helped me out. They were very friendly, professional, and communicated clearly about costs and terms. Rented a Nissan Rogue that was clean and drove smoothly. Thank you ladies for making this part of my trip easy!

Enterprise North Providence.. The attendee we had could have paid attention to what we the customers were saying regarding our card that was being used to book the rental car. This would have saved us 1hr and a half time and not missed our appointments. Meanwhile after the rental was return , Jennifer was super helpful...we did receive a an incentive for the inconvenience that was caused by the first attendee.
