What an amazing experience. I dealt with Alexis who was so professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of, and you if I'm being honest just all around brightened my day. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise that I feel compelled to share. First, I was contacted with the wrong pickup location for my rental. Before heading out, I called to confirm the address and pickup time, and was told everything was correct and that I could come early. When I arrived, not only was I at the wrong location, but they also had no vehicle for me. Thankfully, an employee at that location offered to drive me to the correct branch.
