Rented a truck to move our house, showed up (15 minutes early) to pick up the truck and the staff had closed early and left. Left us completely stranded. This level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I hope they enjoyed their day off.
I spoke with the manager, Carl, who told me he had a truck confirmed for me the next day for a 3-month rental. He said everything was set. When I showed up to pick it up, I was told the truck had been sold. He claimed he tried to call me, but I had no missed calls and received no email. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. If you can, skip this place.
