Oh, my! The service I received from Charlene and Dan, the store manager, was exceptional! Whenever I need a rental car in the future, I will go the Enterprise location at the Tomoka Auto Mall.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I barely ever leave a 1-star review, but after giving this location more than 3 chances to make this right, I feel like I have no other choice. I rented a luxury car on Friday, 7/31/2026. The only car they had available was dirty, with marks/stains that would not come off (even after i washed it) They apologized and promised they would reach out to the manager at their other location on Mason to arrange a swap. Terrible experience with Nick Goodman at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Orange City. I was dealing with some car issues this week and needed a rental. My local Enterprise in DeLand didn’t show the truck I needed as available, so I made a reservation the night before at the Orange City location. American Airlines failed us so rented a car from Enterprise to get home. Car wasn’t clean, dash lights kept going out which was irritating in the dark but it did get us home. It did get us where we were going and rental location was convenient on both ends.
