Very dissatisfied with the quality of the vehicle cockroaches were infested inside the glove compartment and in the back seat found some inside of our baggage also the battery for the charge on the life of the vehicle was completely at 0 in the oil life was at 2% when we started the trip once we got to our location in Tennessee it was at 0% had to switch out vehicle. Very disappointed in the service that I have gotten they did not apply any discounts or try to upgrade me at all in fact they put me back into a similar vehicle... read more
Our rental experience with Enterprise was super easy and convenient. The vehicle provided was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all which was a great relief given the condition of our personal vehicle. Thank you Enterprise for making a difficult situation a lot less stressful!!
