Reserved a luxury car (BMW series or Audi A6) 5 days in advance for 12pm pickup. Recieved a call the morning of pickup and was told if I could wait until the end of the day they would have a car for me. At the 4pm pickup time I was informed that all they had was an F150 pickup...total BS!!!
