Sincerely, I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case I have to. Jesús, the manager at this location, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He guided me through renting a car using the insurance of the person who hit me and made sure they were held responsible for covering everything. Thank you again Jesus.
The service at this Enterprice rental agency was excellent. They picked me up for the rental and returned me home after I returned the car. The people there we nice and proviced great service. Even though I was two miles outside their pickup range, they still proviced this service. My only issue is the higher rate for the cars through this company. But the services proviced made the choice simple. In the case of another emergency need, I would have not issues to returning to this branch agency.
