Great staff and great experience!
I haven't rented a vehicle in a while. The process was simple and I was in and out in no time. The employees were professional and pleasant. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
Wish I could leave no stars! So all the nightmare stories I’ve heard are true. Had a reservation for a month to get a premium suv. I go by there a day before my reservation and nothing. Not only that they did not even want to help me to get another from another location. So I left called another location and they tell me that’s it’s booked. Cool I have a car now, nope guy calls back 30 mins later and tells he has nothing. Suggests I try the airports. Wow what a great company! The operation of the vehicle I rented was fine, although I had no rear lights or tag lights which was a safety concern for me. Enterprise didn't seem to consider this a top priority because they rerented the vehicle again without it ever getting checked out. Safety isn't a priority 😕
We had a great experience with car and the service we got from the two agents who helped with the rental and then the return of the car ... really great, professional people.
