I have rented 7 different vehicles this past year with Enterprise at this location. I will not rent anywhere else and this is due to service as sometime the price is cheaper else where. The manager makes the operation run efficient and with very his customer satisfaction.
Rented a truck there, lady working was rude. She yelled we're closed as we walked in at 12:02 on Saturday. We told her we had a reservation. She was short with us the whole time and mention again that they closed at noon. Our reservation was made for noon. On top of that the truck was dirty.(Muddy) I mean very dirty. It had trash in the bed. On Monday we asked for a manager and instead was helped by another lady who wasn't a manager. She was nice. The manager was out, offer us 20%discount on our next rental.
