Terrible experience. My personal vehicle was hit by another driver. Whilst being in the body shop for 7 weeks and having the enterprise rental car paid for by the other parties insurance company, I was caught in a hail storm that appeared out of nowhere in the middle of July in New Mexico. When I returned the car, I was told I am now liable for the thousands of dollars of hail damage done to the vehicle. If I could give -☆ I would THE RENTAL CAR FROM HELL EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE A Z#! I reserved a compact car. CSR says, "We'll have a car for you whenever you're done at the body shop." At Enterprise - no cars available in the entire Albuquerque metro. The customer before me is waiting for someone to turn in their car so she can get on with her day. The staff is very helpful, but they rented me a car that was small, under-powered, and unsafe!!!!
