Made a reservation on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. A confirmation was sent to my email immediately. Called Cornwallis location in Greensboro NC this morning at 8:30am, Saturday, August 4, 2018 and representative, Danielle stated “ We called you to tell you that we do not have any cargo vans available.” She stated that I did not have a voicemail. I have an active voicemail and email-absolutely no message. Important plans just fell when doing business with incompetent people .
This was the first time in a long time having a good experience at this location. I stopped coming her for over a year and I travel frequently. The agent was nice and efficient. A little talkative, but it was OK. Good job
WOW! In this day and age of REALLY POOR customer service standards from major companies, The staff at this particular Enterprise location is in one word...PROFESSIONALLY INCREDIBLE! OOPS..2 words... I have dealt with this dynamic team of individuals led by a great manager...John is awesome, his attitude and overall great personality inspires his staff to over deliver every single time.
