They take the reservations but do not inform the customers when they are sold out. I booked a car way before and when I reached at the location, they said we don’t have any car available. This is so unprofessional
The vehicle I rented was great on gas, very comfortable and very safe, they offered great insurance at a fair price I will definitely rent at enterprise again.

Can't really rent a car here without a credit card. Had a reservation for 2 weeks at the airport couldn't get a car when I got there had to get a hotel and then go to Hertz in the morning to get a rental car they have some BS policies I'll never use Enterprise again
