This has nice people, good service, and cool cars. But I rate it 2 stars because the gave me a rogue to go to LA. everything was fine until the next day when I was near Inglewood Downtown I got the check engine about thr CVT damaged. Like wha- they can’t even check the cars status? I had to go to LA Intl Air Enterprise to leave the car and get a Chevrolet Malibu. I told enterprise El Paso all what happened and I ditched their rogue on LA Enterprise
It was really great Customer service great Car clean Agent in El Paso was super helpful Same thing with the agent at St Louis I will tell everyone what a wonderful experience this was Thank you for making our trip so safe and comfortable For the bottom of our hearts 💖💕💕 Thank you!
