Staff was always excellent! I say "was" because I was one of their last customers at this location. The body shop apparently wanted them out. :( I rented from this location and was notified during my rental period to return to different location. No problem. It wasn't a hassle at all. I'll miss you guys.

Wonderful experience. Best experience with a car rental place actually. The insurance company sent me here for a car rental after a car accident. When i got there i expected to get the car the insurance had set out for me but the guy in the front (I cant remember his name) asked me if i would like to get a SUV since my car in the shop was a SUV and he called the insurance company got me a bigger car!
