I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I originally reserved a premium truck, but the store manager told me I couldn’t rent a truck with a debit card. This was confusing because I’ve rented trucks from Enterprise with a debit card before. I was told to make a different reservation, which I did, but when I arrived I was given a minivan instead.
