Broke down on I-40 heading to TN with my husband and his mother and her sister. Needed towing and a rental car to continue our journey and we chose Enterprise. Were able to procure a vehicle large enough for the 4 of us and all our luggage without a reservation, which is a miracle in itself! Danzeto went above and beyond when I turned the vehicle back in by staying after the office closed to make sure I was ok until my husband arrived to pick me up.
