So unhappy and so extremely mad with my experience. I made my reservation weeks in advance and confirmed 24 hrs prior with a young lady prior that I still needed my rental. Once my child and I landed at the local airport we stood in line at the enterprise location I thought our rental was through. Reserved a time to get picked up and no one arrived so I called and spoke with someone and they told me they sent someone to me. Waited for 30 minutes and they still did not show up so I had to call again and the lady told me there was no one sent and no reservation yet in my email under itinerary it states a pick up time and location.
