I personally hate leaving poor reviews & typically only leave reviews when I have a great experience, but so much went wrong with this rental experience I have to alert others. We were sent to this location (3828 Gate City, Greensboro) because it was a holiday weekend & our local office (Kernersville) didn’t have any cars. I’ve always been satisfied with Enterprise in the past and I’m a frequent customer. This rental was different. Although I reserved a Luxury SUV, which the website indicated was available. When I arrive to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t there. In fact, there was not a vehicle big enough to accommodate my group. I was sent to another location that had a mini van. Absolutely phenomenal service from the staff. They called to confirm my reservation in advance. Also, accommodated my need for a pick-up and drop-off with no issues. They provided the perfect vehicle to accommodate ALL of my traveling needs..I was extremely impressed. I appreciate such great service, it has given me hope in great customer service again. I'll definitely choose this location again with NO hesitation. Thank you Enterprise for a wonderful experience!
