Every car I rent from Enterprise has a problem pot smell on the interior......after a short while the air freshener just wears off.
Friendly, knowledgable, and fast service. Answered questions we had in using the car. No hidden charges. Comfortable, dependable car. Several locations we saw which is a plus. Highly recommend.
Our car was in an accident and the other person insurance used Enterprise. SOLID 5 stars for Enterprise. They were near my office and always answered their phones without going through a call center. Terrible insurance company assistance, BUT a SOLID 5 stars for Enterprise

I personally hate leaving poor reviews & typically only leave reviews when I have a great experience, but so much went wrong with this rental experience I have to alert others. We were sent to this location (3828 Gate City, Greensboro) because it was a holiday weekend & our local office (Kernersville) didn’t have any cars. We were upfront with them, from the start, that we needed a car within the insurance company’s limits ($30/day).
