Came here 3 times due needing a vehicle for travel and every single time there is an issue with my reservation or there arnt enough vehicles or the vehicle I picked is magically not there anymore and “oops well your already here why not pay more for the bigger truck in the lot that no one wants to use” Do better

Had to rent a vehicle while my car was in the shop getting some work done. I spoke with Miles regarding a concern I had with my rental, and his customer service was exceptional. He was friendly, listened with intent and was ultimately able to assist me with what I needed. This type of customer service and friendliness will certainly have me come back for future rentals. Miles is awesome and a pleasure to have there!
