The most frustrating experience I would not rent with enterprise shagganappi gm/crowfoot I reserved last week a vehicle for a work trip. They left me a message at 530pm tonight (after hours so when I called back immediately no one picked up several attempts) to inform me they don’t have a vehicle for me. booked a luxury car, and redirect to another location nearby, and being offered a small car or with a much higher price tag for the same kind of vehicle. Can't believe the practice of the company!!!

I strictly only use enterprise or hertz especially when out of country but this specific location has by far been the most helpful. Levi the manager is great, goes out of his way to make sure you have the best rental experience. If you’re going to rent a vehicle and this place is somewhat close make sure you go to these guys!
Just as described by Zachary, Stephanie and Joelle. There are NO RENTAL CARS HERE! This is a pickup/drop-off point for Shaganappi GM and Carstar auto repairs. Enterprise will pick you up here and drive you to the Crowfoot location. So if you are choosing this location for convenience it is only convenient if you are having vehicle work done by Carstar or GM.
