Ever since a new manager has taken over this location in the new year (January 2020), this location has gotten downhill. Definitely like to scam you for repairs. You try and ask for options in your reservations and they don't have them installed in the fleet you try to rent.
Would give this location a zero if I could. This location will scam you for repairs! My husband rented a truck through insurance which in itself was a bit of a nightmare, they tried renting him a compact car and a small SUV when he was assured he would get a truck and said he needed a truck for work. When he returned the truck after discovering a broken gas line they tried to bill over $1000, for a broken gas line that was not our fault, happened from the previous rental! Update in 2020: It is so sad that the Bowness location is closed due to Covid19, the team there is always great. Ayo does a great job, I would recommend him to anybody. He is for the moment at the Downtown location and hopefully soon we will have the Bowness location up and running. If you are getting your cars from Downtown at the moment ask for Ayo, he would be very helful. 2019: I am a regular client at this location, the main reason is the great customer service.
