They later charge you for thing that you didn't do and won't rent you a car cause they believe it was you
They let us workers from Indiana make a reservation and we’ve been flying all day and are here to pick up our car and they aren’t open. How do you let someone make a reservation and then decide to close well before then. Now we are stranded 1500+ miles away from home. Thanks
Terrible customer service. Don’t ever try to pick up a rental here unless you happen to fly in AND the desk clerks decide to show up.
