Several people were waiting for cars which usually means a long wait. But the three people working were both efficient and kind. However, I have two critiques which is why I'm only giving them three stars. First, the keys to the car were strange and the gentleman who handled my transaction did not explain them to me. Since I could not figure them out, I had to walk back into the terminal from the garage, lugging all my stuff. This was doubly difficult because I was traveling with my baby.
